Reaching out for help takes courage, but it can also be the first step toward greater understanding, stability, and wellbeing. Below are some trusted services and resources that offer emotional support, crisis help, and practical guidance.
π In a crisis or need urgent support?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, in distress, or struggling to cope, there are free services available 24/7:

A free, confidential mental health text service available 24/7. A trained volunteer will listen and help you find calm and support.
π Call Samaritans on 116 123
Free and confidential support for anyone who needs to talk, any time of day or night. You don't have to be in crisis to call.
π Call 999 or go to A&E if you or someone else is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help.
π¬ Ongoing mental health support
You don't need to wait for a crisis to seek help. Support is available even if you're not sure what you need yet.

They can talk with you about your experiences and refer you to mental health services, including local Community Mental Health Teams or specialist personality disorder services.
